We have homes conveniently located in Liberty County, Georgia near Fort Stewart, downtown Hinesville, U.S. Hwy 84, or I-95. We perform the following checks on all applicants who submit an application for housing.
Rental History Background Check
You must provide addresses and telephone numbers for the past two landlords from whom you rented. If you cannot do so, we will require three character reference letters. At least one letter must be from a reputable agency or other agencies such as your employer, a church, social worker, doctor, business contact, etc.
We will perform a credit check on all applicants. Each credit check will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Criminal Background Check
A criminal background check will be performed on each applicant over the age of 18 to determine if there is a history of violent crime or drug activity.

Please sign the Application, Employment, and Rental Verification Forms.
Please provide your email address, telephone, or fax numbers to your employer and landlord (if possible).
Please turn in all documents along with the Application Fee and copy of your photo ID, whether applying online or in person.
Your application will NOT be processed without completed documents or full application fee.
Non-refundable Application Fee: $65.00 per applicant
Background Check for Additional Adults (18 years and older) $25.00
Deposit: Minimum 1st month (Depending on Credit Check and Rental History, Last Month Rent and Deposit may also be required.)
